Installation
When you call for on-site setup & installation, you'll be guaranteed that your computer, peripheral devices (scanners & printers), network & internet connections, and software applications are set up properly.
Setup and installation can be a tricky process, and can be much more difficult than every day use. When devices are installed improperly, problems can occur that are more difficult to fix afterward.
We recommend properly grounded electrical, telco, & cable outlets and a surge protector to protect against power surges and electro-static discharge. An Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) can provide additional protection.
TIP: Store the documentation and CD's that came with your computer in a safe place for future reference. They will probably be needed for service at a later time.
